The Center for Online Learning offers the following level of service for Metropolitan State University faculty and students.
The Center for Online Learning is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Staff will accept calls Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Our central phone number is (651) 793-1650.
Emails requesting support that are sent to email@example.com will be responded to within 3 business days. Emergency situations should be handled by telephone or walk-in support. Each instructor is assigned a COL Assistant. Please review your Assistant's schedule in the Work Schedule tab. (To find out who your Assistant is, the Departmental Support tab should allow you to correlate a person to your department.)
A D2L Site Administrator is on-call for emergency support. Emergencies are defined as issues the immediately impede students' completion of course work, including log-in issues and quizzing issues. If after hours, call (651) 793-1650 and press option 2 to be routed to a Site Administrator.
